From 26 July to mid September 2026 , Vadas at Spier will temporarily close as we transform our space and welcome the next chapter of VADAS Family Eatery & Bakery.

We look forward to welcoming you back to a beautifully refreshed space centred around artisanal baking, generous family dining and warm VADAS hospitality. Bookings are available from mid September 2026.
